Implementation Services
Installation is done by professionals with years of real-world experience.  Our systems people have installed hundreds of systems in the field and know how to work with your IT staff to get the job done.  Outside of the technology realm, our compliance people will work with your staff to establish a first class compliance system.  They will review what you do today (and what's on your wish list) for compliance.  Then, our staff will suggest areas of improvement based on their own experience and knowledge gained from other customers.  The result is seamless experience for you.

Training
Curo Systems recognizes that training is just as important as any other service or product we offer.  All the great features in our software are worthless if you don't know how to use them.  We'll show you what our system can do without leaving you overwhelmed.  We believe the best way to learn any software is with hands-on training: sitting behind a computer, mouse in hand.  During training, we cover not only how to use the software, but the theory behind the software.  And if you're not a compliance wizard, don't worry, we cover that too!  Training is done in Boston or can be scheduled on-site.  Training takes four days for compliance staff and three days for technical staff.  Refresher training is provided at annual user conferences.

Support
We provide 24/7 support for our products.  If you have a problem, we're here to fix it.  The difference is in our people and in our commitment to fix your problems in a timely manner.  Ninety-nine percent of all calls are addressed the same day, most are resolved during your phone call.  For those issues that cannot be resolved over the phone, we'll connect (either over a dial-up connection or over the internet) to your computer and/or server to resolve the problem remotely.  We've been providing service this way for years and our customers rave about it.   We always hear that we have the best service, bar none for any software vendor, in compliance or not, and we intend to keep it that way!

Consulting

The Bottom Line
Our customers know us on a first name basis.  The market we serve is not a large one in terms of the numbers of users.  Because of that, it's possible for us to be on a first name basis with our customers.  Most customers become good friends.  If a customer is in town, they often call to get together for dinner or lunch.  Customers call us with problems outside of compliance, much like when a family member calls on the computer geek in the family when their computer doesn't work.  We've had calls from customers who couldn't print from Microsoft Word; we found out the printer was out of paper and then told them how to load the paper.  No quibbles, no excuses!  That's the kind of service we'd want ourselves and we believe our customers deserve.  All our customers were once strangers, but over time with trust and commitment, we are honored to call them friends.
