Curo Systems Adds New Vice President of Operations

New executive talent is tapped to meet company growth.

CONCORD, MA - September 5, 2003: Curo Systems, Inc., a leading provider of compliance technology, announced today that Therese Hogan has joined the company as Vice President of Operations.  In her role, Therese will assume all day-to-day operational responsibilities including all post-sales customer relationship management.

Earlier, Therese was the Director of Operations at Automated Business Development, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PFPC, Inc.  Therese ran compliance operations that managed over a hundred different clients, ranging from small single fund complexes to large mutual fund complexes with 100's of funds.  PFPC is a leading service provider to the mutual fund industry, offering transfer agent, fund administration and fund accounting services. She was with PFPC for 9 years.

Prior to joining PFPC, Therese was a member of the Business Law Department at Palmer & Dodge, LLP, and a leading law firm in Boston.  At Palmer & Dodge, Therese worked with clients on a variety of issues, such as private placement agreements for venture capital firms, merger and acquisitions for the fortune 500, state and federal regulations for public utilities, banks and other highly regulated industries.

Prior to Palmer & Dodge, Therese worked at Robinson & Cole.  Her responsibilities were focused exclusively on state securities, banking and SEC regulations.  Therese has over 19 years experience with legal issues involving state regulations, securities investment laws, and insurance regulations for the financial services industry.

Therese is well known in the financial services industry and by state and federal regulators for her experience and professionalism.  We are delighted to welcome Therese to Curo Systems; her experience will be a great asset for our customers.
