Peter Chapman, Vice President Sales
Peter is a veteran software entrepreneur with over 25 years of
experience. In the early 1980's, Peter worked on a team that developed
the first personal computer based trading system for Investor's Micro. He
went on to build numerous retail products (even video games such as Dungeons
and Dragons, Star Trek and Indiana Jones, etc.) and systems for the fortune 500
such as Federated Department Stores monthly billing and accounting systems,
Ford's factory floor automation software and Fidelity's Fund Manager
Workstation. Previously, Peter was an Executive Vice President at Thomson
Financial in charge of compliance products.
Seth Muriph CFA, Vice President Technology
Seth has created
numerous investment management systems, including Fidelity's High Yield
Portfolio Management and Performance Attribution System. Prior to
Fidelity, Seth started several successful companies in the retail software
space, one of which was touted as a "Giant Technological Step" by
Microsoft. Earlier, he was with McKinsey & Company as part of the
firms' worldwide systems practice. He's also well known in the venture
capital community for his depth of knowledge in technology. Seth holds
multiple degrees in Computer Science from MIT and a Chartered Financial Analyst
(CFA) designation.
Therese Hogan, Vice President Operations
Therese previously was the Director of Operations at Automated
Business Development, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PFPC, Inc. Therese
ran compliance operations that managed over a hundred different clients,
ranging from small single fund complexes to large mutual fund complexes with
100's of funds. PFPC is a leading service provider to the mutual fund
industry, offering transfer agent, fund administration and fund accounting
services. She was with PFPC for 9 years. Prior to PFPC, Therese
worked at several area law firms on wide variety of topics, but with a focus in
federal securities law and insurance regulations for the financial services
industry. Therese is well known in the financial services industry as
well as by state and federal regulators for her experience and professionalism.
